Chicken tikka pizza

Ingredients:-
For dough:-
1- Flour(maida) - 1kg 2- Yeast (11g) - 1 small packet 3- Sugar - 2 tbsp 4- Salt - 1 tbsp 5- Oil - 3/4 cup 6- Eggs (beaten) - 3 7- Luke warm water
- as required
For topping:-
1- Oil - 3 tbsp
2- Chicken - 200 gm
3- Salt
- to taste 4- Redchillies
- 3 tbsp 5- Yougurt - 3 tbsp
6- Garam masala
- 1 tbsp 7- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
8- Oregano - 4 tsp 9- Egg
(beaten) - 1 10- Onion
- 1 11- Spring onions
- 2 12- Mushmrooms
- 12 13- Tomato - 1 large 14- Cheese - 1 packet
15- Green chillie sauce
- to taste 16- Tomato ketchup
- to taste 17- Pizza sauce
- to taste 18- Garlic sauce
- to taste
Method:-
Dough:-
1- Mix all the ingredients of the bread to make a dough. 2- Cover and keep aside for an hour. 3- When it is more than double in size, knead again. 4- Again keep aside for an hour to let it rise again. 5- Now bake it in a preheated oven.
Topping:-
1-Mix all the spices and yogurt in chicken and cook without water. 2-Apply beaten egg on baked bread. 3-Apply all the sauces and sprinkle oregano. 4-Cut all the vegetables in to small pieces and place on bread. 5-Add chicken and finally sprinkle the cheese.
