approx 1 kg of chicken fillet.sliced and cut in to 4 pieces..roughly 10 cm.

1.slice and cut fillets afterwashing the meat thoroughly.
2.in
a utensil add onion and ketchup lemon juice (2 tbspn) worcester sauce(2
tbspn)and black chillies and 1 tsp of chilli sauce..Also add half cup
of water and allow to boil for approx 15-20 mins.
3.remove from heat
after process above and then add in to bowl chopped green chillies red
chilli powder,besan remaining worcester sauce and lemon juice and mix
in to paste.
4.now add chicken inc the marinade it was steamed in
with cooked onion and mix throughly.leave for about an hour to allow
spices to blend in.
5.Heat oil in pan and slowly add the coated chicken.

prep buns by first spreading butter and layering with lettuce and
tomatoes and cucombers and onions which are better chopped. add chicken
fillet 1peice only ,add a drop of chilli sauce and add some mayonnaise
or yoghurt if preferred add some raita or chaat masala to yoghurt
before applying in burger.
