dam walla qeema ingrediants qeema:1kg
ginger :1 tea spoon
garlic:1 tea spoon
lal mirch powder :2 tea spoon
yougart :half cup
poodiyana :half gaddhe
garm masala:half tea spoon
haree mirch:5 to 6
onion:medium 1
salt 1 tea spoon
oil:4 table spoon


method: add all masla accpt onion in yougart n blend it pour all masla in qeema n manerate for 1 hour then cut the onion into slices n fry it when onion comes lightly brown put all the qeema in it n cook.till the qeema dry.then slow the flame n put it for damm, n inthe end aik qulla garm kar kay qeema per rakhay. serve with nan or parhata with immli ki chutni.
