Badam Ka Halwa
Cooking time: As Required
Ingredients :
badam girri 500 gram
sugar 500 gram
ghee 500 gram
khooya 250 gram
Zaafraan 2 masha
kiora 4 t spoon
Method:
1- badam pani main bhigo dein ab chilkat utaar
dein.
2- sill per bareek pees lain. 250 gram pani main cheeni dal ker qwaam tyaar ker lain .
3- ghee main illaichi danna dalai nub badam add ker dein aur bohanain.
4- khusboo aanai per khooya add ker dein . ab qwaam dal dein chamach chalati jaian
khusk hone per Zaafraan aur kiora add karain ghee chor day to utaar lain.
5- dish main nikal ker barfi ki tarha kat lain .mazadaar halwa tyaar hai.
