Ingredients :
aata 1 cup
water 2 glass
sugar 1 cup
oil2 cup
pista 2tbsp
almond 2tbsp cut into small pieces
METHOD:---
1-ek pain main aata dal kar us ko 5 min tak bohanain spoon chalati rahain
2- us kay baad heat se utar kar water daalain aur sugar daalain spoon chalati rahain
3- phir us ko dubara heat per rakh kar spoon saath sath chalati rahain jab tak pani khusk na ho jai
4-phir
us main oil dal kar bohanain 10 min tab tak jab oil aatay se alag honay lagay tu
utaar lain us per pista almond garnish karaain
5-aur garam garam servre
karan(agar sugar kam hai tu aur dal saktay hain)
