Aloo Ka Halwa
Cooking time: As Required
Ingredients :
Potatoes 300gm / 4 nos.
Desi ghee 80-100 gms
Sugar 70 - 90 gms
Pista slivers, almond sliver, cashew nut broken, Kishmish 30 gms
Method:
1-Over boil potatoes and grate them.
2-Heat ghee in a pan and add grated potatoes and cook till ghee separates
3-Add sugar and stir continuously
4-Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan
5-Remove in serving dish ,Garnish with dry fruit
6-Aloo halwa is heavy hence dry fruit should be used scarcely.
