Akhroat ki Mithai

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients :
4 eggs,
2 cups akhroat,
1 can condensed milk 397 ml,
illaichi powder 1/2 tsp,
nido 2 cups
ghee 1 cup
Method
1-Sab say pehle ghee ko garam
karain aur illaichi powder dalain aur nido dal kar 5 min bhun lain itna kay light brown ho
jaye
2-Phir 4 eggs beat kar ke dalain after 8 min us me condensed milk dalainl aur halki flame par
bhoon lain. jab ghee nazar ane lage aur mixture sides chorne lage to akhroat ko chop kar ke
daldain aur 1 min baad dish me set kar lain.
3-After 1 hour jab cool ho jaye to pieces kaat lain .
