Banana Sheera
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
5 bananas, chopped finely
1 1/4 cups semolina (rava or sooji)
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups clarified butter (ghee)
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tbsp raisins, soaked in water for 2 hours
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Method:
1-Roast rava in the ghee till aromatic.
2-Heat milk and lower the flame.
3-Add roasted rava, chopped bananas, sugar and blend well.
4-Add raisins and cardamom powder.
5-Heat through and serve hot.
6-It can also be chilled and served.
